The Michou family maintains the tradition of classical greek cheese. Emigrating from the Karatzakioi of Eastern Thrace, Triantaphyllos Michos continued the family farming tradition in the Dorkada of Central Macedonia, contributing to the creation of the name of the area that today is interwoven with high quality cheese products. Our workshop today continues the family tradition of contributing to the wider economy of the region.
